She’s Got Character!

One of my most requested styles, this piece resembles the work of my youth.  I was obsessed with comic books and anime and my art style reflected my reading.  This piece is special because it is a painting of my muse, my wife Megan.  She is my greatest inspiration, so when she demanded that she be drawn in 1990s Amar’s anime style, I couldn’t resist pulling even more things we both love together in “She’s Got Character”.  powerful female figures, skateboards, natural wood grain, bold colors, comic and anime styling, and a simple bold composition.
